Nerolika. Your secret life in Old Town Dubrovnik.

Nerolika is a private house for 2–4 adults, set directly against the city walls.
Your terrace rail is not a railing at all - it’s the stone of Dubrovnik itself.

The House

Nerolika is a quiet, design-forward home hidden inside the Old Town — where centuries-old stone meets hand-finished wood, Verona marble, and carefully chosen pieces that never shout.

The result is not “a rental”, but a lived-in sanctuary with hotel-level comfort: immaculate bathrooms and a layout made for slow mornings and late returns.

For three nights, you don’t just visit Dubrovnik — you live inside it.

The Terrace on the Walls

Outdoor patio with stone wall, dining table with chairs, outdoor kitchen with bar stools, trees, and benches, under sunny sky.

Step outside and you’re in a private garden terrace — citrus, stone, shade, and a view that feels unreal because it’s so close.

The house is literally leaning on the Dubrovnik walls. The “fence” of the terrace is the city wall itself — a rare perspective, reserved for those who stay inside the story.

  • Outdoor kitchen & bar seating

  • Dining under the bitter orange tree

  • Lounge corners to read, nap, or watch the rooftops glow

Included in the Price

Every stay is designed to be effortless from the first message to the last goodbye. The essentials are already covered — discreetly, professionally, and with care.

Bookings for Summer 2026 are open now.

  • Your stay is intentionally designed as an exactly three-night experience—long enough to truly settle into Dubrovnik, short enough to feel rare and exclusive.

  • You have the entire house to yourselves, inside the Old Town, literally anchored to the City Walls—so you’re in the heart of Dubrovnik while still feeling completely private.

  • Breakfast, tailored to your preferences, is brought to the terrace so you can start the day slowly—under shade, citrus scent, and soft morning light.

  • A professional driver meets you at arrivals, assists with luggage, and brings you comfortably to the Old Town entrance—and ensures the same smooth, stress-free journey back on departure.

  • Because Dubrovnik is a city of steps and stone lanes, a porter carries your luggage from the entrance all the way to the house—so you arrive light, not tired.

  • A dedicated host representative welcomes you, introduces the house, and shares the essentials and local tips—so you feel oriented and at ease from the first minute.

  • A chilled welcome drink—typically Champagne or a premium sparkling wine—awaits you on arrival to mark the first golden hour inside the walls.

  • Throughout your stay, concierge support is on hand to arrange restaurants, boats, private terrace dinners, chefs, yoga, and the details that quietly elevate everything.

A long renovation, done properly

The project took five years of design and restoration — with eight years of careful work behind it. Stone heritage was respected at every step, down to materials sourced for longevity and beauty.

The Structured 3‑Night Chapter

Night view of a historic coastal city with illuminated buildings, a harbor with boats, and a castle wall, under a colorful sunset sky.

Nerolika works best as a three‑night rhythm — arrival, immersion, escape. It’s the simplest way to experience Dubrovnik the way locals do: with time, not pressure.

Day 1 — Arrival & Decompression
A warm welcome, a cold drink on the terrace, and your first sunset over the rooftops.

Day 2 — The Old Town, Quietly
A private walking tour with a licensed guide (guest’s choice), followed by a slow evening back “inside the walls”.

Day 3 — The Adriatic Outside the Frame
A day made for the sea: Elaphiti Islands by private boat, a terrace dinner, or simply doing nothing at all.

Day 4 — The Last Morning
Wake to soft light inside the walls. Your final terrace breakfast is served slowly — one last coffee, one last look over the rooftops. Then your transfer arrives at the Old Town entrance, luggage handled for you, and you leave Dubrovnik with the feeling that it wasn’t just a trip — it was a chapter.

Why “Nerolika”

The name is a blend of two discoveries. Neroli — the scent of bitter orange blossom from the terrace. And Majolica — glazed ceramic fragments found during the archaeological research that accompanied the renovation.
